Science Fair, 2024

The two-day science fair at Birla Industrial and Technological Museum (BITM), Kolkata, on December 19–20, 2024, highlighted the innovative talents of students from schools across Kolkata. Ashok Hall Girls’ Higher Secondary School earned 3rd place in the Kolkata District Science Fair 2024 for their AI Smart Work model, designed to assist deaf-blind individuals by detecting obstacles and alerting them with vibrations or beeping sounds. They are now qualified to participate in the West Bengal and Eastern India Science Fairs 2025.
