Some journeys begin with a spark. Mine began at G D Birla Centre for Education, where that spark was nurtured into a flame—one that continues to light my path today.

I’m proud to be a Certified Cybersecurity Expert, with advanced skills in Generative AI and Machine Learning. I’m also a Certified Graphologist and a Certified POSH Expert, working to ensure women’s safety and dignity in the workplace. But behind these titles lies a story of transformation, purpose, and deep gratitude.

🧭 Two Decades of Professional Excellence

For 20 years, I built a career in Auditing and Quality/Process Compliance, gaining insights into systems, people, and performance. But I always felt a pull toward something more—something that could create impact beyond metrics and reports.

That’s when I founded Winning Skills—a firm born from a desire to coach, guide, and empower. What began as academic and professional training has now evolved into a multifaceted mission.

• And a unique offering in Graphology, my lifelong passion, where I analyze personality traits through handwriting—a fascinating lens into the human psyche

Recently, I had the rare honour of studying a handwriting sample written by Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It was more than an analysis—it was a moment of connection with history, leadership, and legacy.
