As 16-year-old students from Mahadevi Birla Shishu Vihar, we, Sakshi Bhura and Aditi Biyani, had the privilege of exploring real-world entrepreneurship throughideation, execution, and pitching.<\/p><p><strong>ROUND 1: ENTREPRENEURSHIP OLYMPIAD<\/strong><\/p><p>The first round of Skill Titans involved an Olympiad assessing our business acumen in marketing, sales, operations, IT, finance, HR, and legal skills. This online examination tested our theoretical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.<br \/><strong>ACHIEVEMENT<\/strong>: We proudly qualified for the next round, securing impressive ranks\u2014AIR18 and AIR19.<\/p><hr \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Skill Titans required us to curate a business idea, execute it in real life, and gain firsthand<br \/>experience in sales. With this,we created Bond &amp; Bands a small business .<\/p><p><strong>BUSINESS CONCEPT AND EXECUTION<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>BUSINESS NAME:<\/strong> Bond &amp; Bands<br \/><strong>PRODUCTS:<\/strong> Bracelets, anklets, candles, necklaces and other items.<br \/><strong>REVENUE GENERATED:<\/strong> \u20b930,000 in just 2 months.\u00a0<\/p><p>We leveraged the platforms provided by our school, such as PTMs, to set up stalls and promote our brand. The overwhelming support from our Principal, Headmistress, teachers, and peers played a significant role in our success.<br \/>To further expand our reach, we actively updated our Instagram handle @bondandbands, utilizing social media and word-of-mouth publicity.<\/p><p><strong>CUSTOMER FEEDBACK: <\/strong>Our unique designs and affordable pricing were highly appreciated by customers, including parents and teachers, leading to strong sales and brand recognition.<\/p><hr \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>ROUND 2: LIVE PRODUCT PITCH PRESENTATION &#8211; HYGIENE 360<\/strong><br \/>This round challenged us to transform an idea into a practical and impactful business solution. In the online pitch for Hygiene 360\u00b0,we met crucial criterias including presenting our entrepreneurial journey, business idea, and its market potential. With a prototype AI model, we demonstrated our product and its features.<br \/><strong>OUR JOURNEY TO HYGIENE 360<\/strong><\/p><p>Our journey began with a personal experience\u2014an encounter with the common problem of unhygienic public restrooms. It sparked our passion to reimagine toilet systems, driven by a commitment to ensure cleanliness and comfort in any setting. Through extensive research, continuous innovation, and relentless development, we created Hygiene 360\u00b0-a revolutionary solution for modern hygiene.<br \/><strong>PROBLEM STATEMENT<\/strong><br \/>Public restroom hygiene is a major concern, leading to infections like UTIs and general discomfort. Many avoid using public restrooms due to fears of contamination.<br \/><strong>OUR SOLUTION: HYGIENE 360<\/strong><br \/>We developed an innovative dual-toilet system designed to provide a clean, germ-free restroom experience. Here&#8217;s how it works two toilets side-by-side seperated by the wall and every time someone uses one, it retracts for a full-on sanitizing session with soap, water, the works, while a fresh toilet pops out for the next user. No more makeshift seat covers, no more panic-spraying. Just a clean seat, guaranteed, every single time.<br \/><strong>KEY FEATURES<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; Solves public hygiene issues and prevents infections like UTIs.<br \/>&#8211; Targets high-traffic spaces such as malls, airports, parks and offices<br \/>&#8211; Incorporates innovation and practicality to address a widespread problem.<br \/><strong>ACHIEVEMENTS<\/strong><br \/>-Developed a website to showcase the concept: hygiene3603.godaddysites.com.<br \/>-Qualified as one of the top 20 schools nationwide with a pitch score of 86.5% hence qualified<br \/>for round 3.<br \/>-Received positive feedback during the online investor pitch, with judges commending the<br \/>practicality and market relevance of Hygiene 360.<\/p><hr \/><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The Skill Titans experience has been an incredible journey of growth, learning, and achievement. From conceptualizing and executing Bond &amp; Bands to pitching Hygiene 360, we have acquired invaluable skills that will continue to guide us for years to come. This journey has shaped us into problem-solvers, visionaries, and leaders\u2014qualities that will stay with us throughout our lives.<\/p><p>Through this experience, we\u2019ve come to understand that entrepreneurship isn\u2019t just about having a great idea; it\u2019s about resilience in the face of challenges, the courage to innovate, and the persistence to keep pushing forward, even when things seem difficult. It has not only taught me the value of entrepreneurship but also the importance of perseverance, collaboration, and the willingness to constantly push boundaries.<\/p><p>We are profoundly grateful to our Principal ma&#8217;am,Headmistress ma&#8217;am,Parama maam and all our teachers and peers for their unwavering support and encouragement throughout this journey.
